How to update my maps on iOS

If you have not already done so read this overview of the update process.

1. Open Manage Maps and hit Sync

Tap Menu->Manage Maps. You may have to scroll to find Manage Maps as it is at the bottom of the list and may not appear on the screen at first.

Hit the Sync button at the bottom of the screen.

This will connect to Anquet Cloud, and bring down the latest map definitions for your account.

2. Verify the maps you wish to update.

Once the sync has finished, any maps you download or verify will have the latest mapping. If there are any maps you want to update immediately you can force that to happen now.

You can opt to verify either a full map product such as ‘OS 50k Subscription’ in which case OMN will verify each of the 10 maps inside that product, or you can verify individual maps.

To update individual maps tap the > to the left of the map type and this will expand the list of maps. You can then select the map you want

Tap the 3 dots to the right of it and select the required action.

If you have not downloaded any of the map then the Verify option will not appear, your only choice is to download the map.

You will get a warning message informing you how the Verify will proceed. Yo can opt to not show the message again.

Verify checks the data on your account against the new data on our servers and then updates that where required.
